OFFSHORE BOARDRIDERS AGM

MEETING VIA ZOOM   AUGUST 17TH  2021

Meeting started at 7.30pm using the Zoom meeting protocol via the internet.

Club Management voted in:-

Club President – Keiran Glossop

Treasurer & Secretary – Keiran Glossop – until membership expands.

Contest Director – Glenn Williams

 

GENERAL BUSINESS

• Voted to Change Website Provider from Member Jungle to a Wix based website and mobile phone, saving of over $80 month from $110 to $30.

 

• Glenn to approach SurfingWA in relation to a reduced Insurance premium if joining now. Otherwise will be done at the start of next year

 

 

• Correspondence from Arvid, the Head of the Island Enviro Dept. in relation to removing the dilapidated fencing at the bottom of the vegetation along the beachfront, at Strickland’s. Agreed from the club.
